Noripro: New Leadership Replaces Personal Management
Tsukudani Nori becomes Creative Advisor; the VTuber agency has already been working with fixed managers and staff structures since January 2026.

The VTuber agency Noripro has converted its leadership, which had been heavily centered on founder Tsukudani Nori, into an organized management structure. According to the official announcement, the new structure has been in place since January 2026; the restructuring was prepared over roughly three years.
As reported by PANORA, the talents active at Noripro are now to be supported by fixed managers and other staff members. The aim of the change is a more stable structure in which existing members can be supported while new talents can also be taken on. The restructuring was publicly presented on September 6, 2026, in an announcement stream by the agency.
Tsukudani Nori Remains Involved as Creative Advisor
Tsukudani Nori is giving up the previous role at the head of day-to-day operations and remains connected to Noripro as founder and Creative Advisor. The agency itself still describes itself on its official website as a VTuber agency that, alongside streaming activities, also handles events, merchandise and music productions.
At the same time, Noripro announces a second talent audition. According to the information published so far, a specific application period and the full participation conditions have not yet been set. PANORA quotes the announcement as aiming to preserve Noripro's established style while bringing new forms of expression and talents into the agency.
The restructuring falls in a phase in which other Japanese VTuber organizations are also realigning. Sony Music, for example, is ending the VTuber project VEE at the end of September, while THINKR recently announced a cross-studio audition for virtual and real artists.
Noripro was launched in 2019. The current reorganization therefore mainly changes the operational organization behind the agency; the talents' existing activities are not described as discontinued or suspended in the sources read.
