The test build supports eight-player matches; the finished game is set to launch in 2026 with German language support too.

"Jujutsu Kaisen RUMBLE: SURVIVATON" is playable to the public for the first time at the Tokyo Game Show 2026. From September 17 to 21, Shueisha Games is showing a playtest version of the survivors-royale game developed by poncle in Makuhari; the show is open to regular visitors from September 19 to 21.

The test version depicts a match with up to eight participants. During the round, players collect points while fighting curses and strengthening their characters. In the end, the two best-placed players face each other in a direct one-on-one duel. Shueisha Games describes the appearance at the Tokyo Game Show as the first public opportunity worldwide to play this version.

The basic principle had already been presented with the announcement in June: attacks run largely automatically, while movement, positioning and so-called "Rule Additions" influence the course of a round. More than 20 characters from "Jujutsu Kaisen" are to be playable. At the end of August, Shueisha Games also confirmed Kenjaku and Naoya Zenin as boss opponents and showed a new key visual illustrated by MAPPA.

"RUMBLE: SURVIVATON" is being developed by poncle, the studio behind "Vampire Survivors". Versions are planned for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Steam. The release remains announced for 2026; an exact date and price have not yet been set. The official product page lists German alongside Japanese and English as supported languages.

For aninew.de, this is not the first recent game news on the series: in Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, Yu Haibara's technique was shown for the first time. The anime series continues in parallel; most recently a new Sukuna visual for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4 was released.
