Honey Lemon Soda: Exhibition marking the manga finale runs in Tokyo
Mayu Murata's manga ended after roughly ten and a half years; the exhibition traces the shared story of Uka and Kai.

"Honey Lemon Soda" is currently celebrating its manga finale with a final exhibition at Seibu Shibuya in Tokyo. The show has been running since September 11 and continues until September 30, 2026. Its focus is on original drawings, memorable scenes, and interactive areas centered on Uka Ishimori and Kai Miura.
Seven areas guide visitors through the story
According to the organizer Tohakusha, the exhibition opens with a comic-style entrance and a commentary from author Mayu Murata. Seven thematic zones follow, covering Uka's insecurities, her development after meeting Kai, everyday life at Yamitsu High School, and key romantic and decision-making scenes.
Among the displays are original drawings and color illustrations. There are also recreated school rooms, photo spots, and participatory areas where visitors can leave their own memories or thoughts. The closing area looks back once more at the shared story of Uka and Kai. A separate sales area also offers newly created designs and reproductions for the exhibition.
Manga ended after roughly ten and a half years
Mayu Murata's "Honey Lemon Soda" ran in the Shueisha magazine "Ribon" from 2015 and ended in 2026 after roughly ten and a half years. As Anime!Anime! reported in May, the final chapter appeared in the April 3 issue; volume 31, containing the finale, went on sale in Japan on May 25. The "Another Stories" collection, gathering previously published side stories, followed on June 25.
The exhibition is therefore less a new continuation than a retrospective on the completed series. The property previously received a TV anime adaptation. On aninew.de, other manga conclusions have recently been covered as well, such as BokuYaba: Manga ends after eight years with chapter finale and Mii-chan to Yamada-san: Manga officially concluded.
