Hololive: Asobi Mawaritai debuts with four new VTubers
The first solo streams go live on September 24 and 25, followed by a joint collaboration from the new unit.

Hololive introduces Asobi Mawaritai, a new four-member VTuber unit. Hyakuto Kyoko, Achichi Mela, Suzuna Tsuzuri and Sorashina Sopia give their first YouTube streams on September 24 and 25, 2026.
COVER officially presented the four members on September 18. The unit had already been announced earlier as part of "hololive Next". The concrete lineup now follows the company's new debut strategy: future Hololive talents are to debut as standalone units rather than as numbered generations.
Four debuts over two days
Achichi Mela kicks things off on September 24 at 7 p.m. Japan time, followed by Sorashina Sopia at 8 p.m. On September 25, Suzuna Tsuzuri streams from 7 p.m., with Hyakuto Kyoko following at 8 p.m. One hour later, the first joint collaboration of all four members is scheduled on the official unit channel.
Hololive describes Asobi Mawaritai as a "play-oriented" unit with a converted laundromat as its shared base. Kyoko appears as an energetic "Hero Police" character, Mela as a salamander and fire guardian, Tsuzuri as a goat postwoman and Sopia as a self-proclaimed genius astronaut. The members' respective YouTube and X channels have been public since September 18.

The official debut PV shows the four characters together for the first time and introduces the unit's laundromat motif. For Hololive, Asobi Mawaritai is also the next major talent introduction following the recently explained restructuring of the brand. In parallel, COVER is expanding further projects beyond classic VTuber streams, including the already announced first Hololive TV anime project at Studio KAI.
The debut streams will be broadcast on the members' respective YouTube channels; the first joint collaboration will then run via the official Asobi Mawaritai channel.
