Yuki Kaji: Voice AI Soyogi Launches as AITuber in November
The birthday broadcast combines a real-time conversation with gaming; at the same time, a mini album is released.
Yuki Kaji's voice-AI figure Soyogi makes her debut as an AITuber on November 21, 2026 with her own YouTube live broadcast. For the first time in the announced format, the voice actor will speak live with his AI character, jointly commentate on a video game and then leave part of the broadcast to Soyogi alone.
AI Character Speaks Live with Yuki Kaji
The project "Soyogi Fractal" confirms a birthday broadcast on its official YouTube channel for November 21 at 4 p.m. Japan time. That corresponds to 8 a.m. in Germany. The character, based on Kaji's voice and words, is meant to respond to input as a so-called AITuber and generate its statements in real time.
Planned are conversations between Kaji and Soyogi as well as a joint gaming segment. The participants will only announce which game is shown during the stream. In the second half, Soyogi is to continue the broadcast without Kaji. Further announcements are planned for the day of the event.

The figure is part of a project that Kaji began in 2023 for the 20th anniversary of his voice acting career. In March 2026, Soyogi already appeared at the three-dimensionally staged concert "1st EXPO 0rigin." In addition, there is a conversation app and speech synthesis software. Most recently, Kaji's company FRACTAL and the Yoyogi Animation Academy worked on a competition for voice performances with voice AI.
New Music Video and Five Songs
At the same time, FRACTAL announces the mini album "Butterfly Effect" with five new tracks for November 21, 2026. Participating are Umya, HoneyWorks, R·O·N, Kashii Moimi and Yashikin. The cover is drawn by Yamako of HoneyWorks. Their work is also known to German anime fans from music productions; recently aninew.de reported on Hoshikawa Sara's ending for Shiotaiou no Sato-san.
The music video for the album title track "Ikiro! Swampman" by Umya has already been released. The official project website explicitly links the original on YouTube:

In addition, Soyogi Fractal is collecting suggestions via the hashtag "#そよぎのAI格" for the personality, preferences and speech habits of the AI character. The submissions are meant to support the further design of her presence. Kaji's voice work includes, among others, Eren Jäger from Attack on Titan.
