Yu-Gi-Oh!: Special Anime for the Kazuki Takahashi Exhibition
A new animation featuring Yugi and other characters from Domino City has been released for the exhibition "YU-GI-OH! ART WORKS".

An official special animation of "Yu-Gi-Oh!" has been released for the Kazuki Takahashi exhibition "YU-GI-OH! ART WORKS". The video comes from the production committee of the anime series and once again brings Yugi and other well-known characters together in Domino City.
This video will only connect to YouTube once you play it.
The animation was published on the occasion of the first major exhibition of original drawings from the work of Kazuki Takahashi. On the official "Yu-Gi-Oh!" website it is explicitly announced as a contribution by the production committee of the anime series to the exhibition. The full version is available on the official anime YouTube channel.
Exhibition Opens in December
"Kazuki Takahashi Original Art Exhibition YU-GI-OH! ART WORKS" opens on December 12, 2026 at the CREATIVE MUSEUM TOKYO and runs until February 21, 2027. The show also commemorates the 30th anniversary of the start of the "Yu-Gi-Oh!" manga and presents more than 370 hand-drawn original pages as well as color illustrations, drafts and other production material.
As Anime!Anime! already reported when the exhibition was announced, the presentation is divided into five thematic chapters. Alongside manga pages, sketches of characters and monsters are shown, as well as material on Takahashi's work as character, monster and game designer.
Ticket lotteries for the December dates have been running since September 14. Entry is entirely by fixed time slots. Regular adult tickets cost 2,200 yen, the limited variant with a collector's set 3,900 yen. A traveling exhibition outside Tokyo has not been announced so far.
Alongside the new animation, further exhibition items were presented, including a bag designed after the Millennium Puzzle and a mosaic puzzle. These new details supplement the already announced exhibition, which aninew.de has been covering since August. Comparable retrospectives on influential anime and manga creators recently included the 20th-anniversary exhibition on Suzumiya Haruhi and the Yoshiyuki Tomino exhibition in Odawara.
