You and I Are Polar Opposites: Finale on October 4
The broadcast pauses on September 20; episode 24, with the graduation ceremony, follows one week later.

You and I Are Polar Opposites (Seihantai na Kimi to Boku) is heading toward its finale: episode 24, featuring the graduation ceremony, airs in Japan on September 27, 2026, and the 25th and final episode follows on October 4. At the same time, the production has released a new graduation visual.
The official anime website shows Suzuki, Tani and their classmates on the day of the graduation ceremony in the familiar classroom. The image accompanies the final stretch of the second season and points directly to the broadcast of the finale on October 4.
Graduation ceremony in episode 24
According to the official website, the graduation ceremony is depicted in episode 24. The episode will air on September 27. The regular TV broadcast pauses on September 20, so there is a one-week interruption between the most recently aired episodes and the closing chapter.
The new visual was also presented on September 19 at the ABEMA Anime Festival 2026 in Shibuya. On stage, the voice actors of Suzuki, Tani and Taira looked back on the second season. ABEMA describes the unveiling as the first public appearance of the graduation visual and likewise points to the upcoming graduation ceremony.
Finale on October 4
The TV series ends with episode 25 on October 4. The official announcement thus names the last two broadcast dates together for the first time and makes clear that the graduation ceremony leads directly into the series finale.
October 4 is also a notable date for current romance anime: Blue Box Season 2 also begins in Japan on that day. Another school romance title has recently reached its end as well: the manga for BokuYaba has concluded after eight years.
The production of You and I Are Polar Opposites is handled by Lapin Track. The basis is the manga by Kocha Agasawa, originally published in Shueisha's Jump+. The current announcement focuses on the Japanese TV broadcast and the new closing visual.
