The new manga anthology "Soten Le Ciel Azur" takes over the authors and ongoing works of the discontinued "Rakuen Le Paradis" and launches at Leed on October 29, 2026. The publisher confirms that both the ongoing series and the previous one-shots will continue within the new publishing framework.

"Rakuen" was discontinued by Hakusensha with its final issue in February 2026. Leed largely continues the previous publishing model: "Soten" will appear at the end of February, June, and October, three times a year. In addition, a web supplement is planned, also appearing three times a year, timed between the printed issues. There, side episodes and new one-shots are to be published free of charge for a limited time.

21 Mangaka Move to Soten

For the first issue, Leed names 21 participating mangaka. These include, among others, Ume Aoki, Asumiko Nakamura, Shimoku Kio, Kenji Tsuruta, panpanya, and Koya Minoda. The publisher explicitly announces that it will fully continue the previous works from "Rakuen" and not merely assemble individual names for a new magazine.

According to the publisher's announcement, the first issue comprises 456 pages in B5 format and costs 1,650 yen. The announcement does not mention a separate German-language edition or distribution for the German market.

The continuation is especially noteworthy because the end of a magazine does not automatically mean the works running in it disappear. aninew has recently also reported on other continuity matters for ongoing manga, such as the return of "Kenichi 2" after a long pause and the interruption of "Medalist" without a fixed return date.

Leed also plans its own website for "Soten" and the web supplement. The launch of these pages has been announced, but a concrete date has not yet been set.
