The story and production staff
The series adapts the manga by Ayune Araragi, which appears in KADOKAWA's magazine "Monthly Shonen Ace". At its center is the 17-year-old elite police officer Rinna Isshiki, known for her cool, analytical manner. However, as soon as she works with the good-natured but clumsy detective Meishi Rokutanda, she reacts unusually nervously. The two begin a feigned relationship to find out the reason for her feelings.
Riko Akechi voices Rinna, and Shuichiro Umeda voices Meishi. Kazuya Komai directs at SAKURA CREATE. Deko Akao is responsible for series composition, Shohei Hamaguchi for character design, and Michiru for the music.
On December 13, 2026, a preview screening of the first two episodes with a subsequent talk takes place in Tokyo. Riko Akechi, Shuichiro Umeda and Enako are announced for it. In Japan, the anime is set to air from January 2027 on AT-X, Kansai TV and TOKYO MX, among others. A German streaming provider is not yet known.
Other romantic anime adaptations announced for 2027 are Dengeki Daisy and Fall in Love, You False Angels.
