Giant Ojou-sama: Madoka Ito Gets a New Voice Actress and PV
Risa Imayanagi voices Oriko Fujido's ally; the remaining character clips follow in November.

Another voice actress has been confirmed for the TV anime Giant Ojou-sama: Risa Imayanagi takes on the role of Madoka Ito. The casting was announced on October 30, 2026, alongside the third character PV. The series, based on the manga by Q Nikumura, is set to premiere in Japan in January 2027.
Madoka Ito Is Among Oriko's Allies
Madoka is a high school student and the first member of the secret security service supporting Oriko Fujido. She lives alone in Oriko's city, has exceptional physical abilities, and initially comes across as rather cool. Behind that attitude, however, there is also a relaxed and humorous side. The new voice actress Risa Imayanagi is also explicitly named for the role on the website of her agency, Yu-rin Pro.
The production is gradually introducing the main characters in a total of five individual videos. The first, on October 2, was the clip for Oriko, followed by Dr. Sebastian on October 16. Madoka's appearance on October 30 is the third part of the series. The next videos are scheduled for November 13 with Stella and November 27 with Gimlet. The respective voice actors for both are also to be announced.
The official character PV for Madoka Ito is available on the DMM pictures YouTube channel:

Giant Battles in Their Own Town
The story centers on Oriko Fujido, who as a small child is given an entire town as a birthday present. Years later, intruders threaten the place and its residents. Dr. Sebastian then develops a drink that allows Oriko herself to grow enormous and confront the attackers. From this premise emerges an action comedy built on enormous size differences.
Oriko is voiced by Yu Serizawa, while Junya Enoki voices Dr. Sebastian. Hiroshi Ikehata directs, Yu Sato handles series composition and scripts, and Hajime Mitsuda is responsible for character design. Animation is by Tatsunoko Production. The studio produced, among other works, the classic Mach GoGoGo, known internationally as Speed Racer.
With Giant Ojou-sama, another title featuring oversized characters joins the 2027 anime lineup. The film Kaiju Decode: The Ring of Aidara is also announced for the same year, although its story is instead shaped by giant monsters. A precise Japanese broadcast date and a German streaming provider for Giant Ojou-sama have not yet been announced.
