Dragon Ball Super: Beerus premieres on October 11
The new trailer shows fresh scenes and confirms the songs by MEGATERA・ZERO and VK Blanka.

"Dragon Ball Super: Beerus" premieres on October 11, 2026 at 11 p.m. on Fuji TV. At the same time, the production releases a new trailer with previously unseen scenes and names the series' two theme songs. Prime Video and U-NEXT are to offer the episodes in Japan 30 minutes after their TV broadcast each.
The new trailer opens with Son Goku's Kamehameha and places his conflict with the God of Destruction Beerus at its center. Frieza and other characters are also shown, presented as new threats to Earth. The official Dragon Ball website describes the production as an "Enhanced Edition" of "Dragon Ball Super," in which the visual presentation, staging and structure are reworked.
This video will only connect to YouTube once you play it.
Opening and ending confirmed
The opening is titled "Onogami" and comes from MEGATERA・ZERO. VK Blanka is responsible for the ending "Kanpeki no Peki." Excerpts from both songs can already be heard in the new trailer. The official announcement also names Akira Toriyama as continuing to be responsible for the original work, story and character design. Naoyoshi Yamamuro takes on animation character design and the role of chief animation director, and Norihito Sumitomo composes the music.
Anime!Anime! also reports on the concrete start date and the release of the new trailer. No streaming partner or dedicated release date for Germany has been named so far. The confirmed details regarding Prime Video and U-NEXT refer to Japan.
For the Dragon Ball series, "Beerus" is thus the next concrete TV release this autumn. In parallel, the franchise continues to grow beyond series production: recently, among other things, a large Dragon Ball theme park near Paris was announced.
The TV version starts in Japan on October 11. Further streaming services are to follow there on Thursdays from 0 a.m. each.
