No start date for the continuation has been set yet; the current anime production is handled by BONES FILM.

The TV anime Yomi no Tsugai is getting a second season. The official website confirms the continuation with a reference to the production of a second season; it does not yet give a start date for the new episodes.
Yomi no Tsugai is based on the manga of the same name by Hiromu Arakawa, serialized in Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan. According to the official anime site, the series has now reached a total circulation of more than 7.5 million copies. The story centers on the twins Yuru and Asa, along with the namesake Tsugai, supernatural beings who appear in pairs.
BONES FILM Produces the Anime Adaptation
For the current TV anime production, Masahiro Ando serves as director, while Noboru Takagi handles series composition. Character design and animation direction are by Nobuhiro Arai, and the music is by Kenichiro Suehiro. BONES is credited as supervisor, and the animation is produced by BONES FILM. The official website does not currently specify whether this staff will fully return for season two.
The known main cast includes Kensho Ono as Yuru, Yume Miyamoto as Asa, Yuichi Nakamura as Dera, and Misaki Kuno as Gabu. The official site also lists Rikiya Koyama, Takako Honda, Miyuri Shimabukuro, Junichi Suwabe, Akira Ishida, and Shinichiro Miki in further roles.
The ongoing TV adaptation was planned from the start as two consecutive cours. For the second cour, the official site lists Masanori Otoda performing the opening as "back shot" and Kei Sugawara performing the ending "Kujaku." Further details about season two, including broadcast period, scope, and new cast members, have not yet been published.
On aninew.de, the work was most recently a topic alongside Arakawa's earlier success in the anniversary exhibition on Fullmetal Alchemist and Yomi no Tsugai. The new announcement now makes clear that the anime adaptation will continue after the current TV run.
