Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo: New Drawings at Closing Exhibition
The final stop in Shinjuku features Akutami's designs for the spin-off as well as additional insights into the manga finale.

The closing exhibition for Jujutsu Kaisen gains a new section in Tokyo about the creation of the spin-off Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo. The show opens on December 25, 2026 in Shinjuku and runs until January 25, 2027.
Designs and Storyboards for Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo
The additional exhibition area is called "Ryoiki no Modulo" and shows how the spin-off was developed. It includes early character design sketches and storyboards by Gege Akutami, the creator of the original manga series. For Jujutsu Kaisen Modulo, Akutami collaborates with artist Yuji Iwasaki.
The exhibition thus documents not only the finished work but also the creative collaboration and the decisions made during its development. Visitors get insights into material that has not previously been shown publicly. In addition, the final phase of the original manga is covered in more depth than at the previous stations.
New Exhibition Catalog and Dates
To conclude in Shinjuku, a supplementary volume to the official exhibition catalog will be released. It documents the additional content from Osaka and the new sections of the final station. A slipcase allows the supplementary volume to be kept together with the existing catalog. The organizers also announce further exhibition goods, including motif cards, a bag featuring Yuji Itadori, and collectible pins with characters from the original manga and the spin-off.
The exhibition takes place from December 25, 2026 to January 25, 2027 in the triangular atrium of the Shinjuku Sumitomo Building in Tokyo. It remains closed on January 1. Regular visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with last admission at 7 p.m. Advance ticket lottery registration has begun.
The organizers highlight an important point of content: the exhibition follows the manga storyline and also shows material from sections not yet adapted as anime. It may therefore contain spoilers.
This date belongs to the manga exhibition and is independent of the MAPPA EXPO with original anime artwork. Beyond that, the series also continues with games such as Jujutsu Kaisen RUMBLE: SURVIVATON. Further event details are available on the official exhibition page.
