Frieren: THE FARM Reports 2,000 Bookings for Anime Camp
The three-month glamping collaboration in Chiba is also drawing guests from Taiwan, Singapore, the United States and France, according to the operator.

The glamping collaboration with "Frieren: Beyond Journey's End" at the Japanese resort THE FARM has reached 2,000 bookings within roughly one month, according to the operator. The themed program has been running since July 17, 2026 in Katori in Chiba Prefecture and ends on October 16, 2026.
THE FARM attributes the rise in bookings in part to posts by actual guests on social networks and reports on several Japanese television programs. According to the company, visitors from Taiwan, Singapore, the United States and France are now also coming to Chiba for the offering.
32 Glamping Tents Become Part of the Frieren World
All 32 tents in the glamping area were themed for the collaboration. The grounds also feature photo spots and installations that draw on motifs from the series. These include a statue of Himmel and a setup in which visitors can be "swallowed" by a Mimic chest.
The entire glamping area is accessible only to guests on the collaboration plan during the run. THE FARM had already announced the program in July as a three-month, overnight-stay event; day access to the themed area itself is not provided.
The facility combines the anime theme with the resort's regular offering of nature experiences, barbecue, agriculture and onsen. The concept thus differs from classic pop-up cafés or pure merchandise promotions. Comparable location-based anime experiences also play a role at major leisure attractions, such as the current One Piece Premier Summer at Universal Studios Japan.
Collaboration Runs Until Mid-October
According to THE FARM, several dates are already fully booked, especially on weekends. The event ends on October 16, 2026; afterward, the glamping area will be prepared for a return to regular operation.
The operator now cites a worldwide circulation of more than 35 million copies for the manga. The anime adaptation aired its second season on Japanese television in early 2026. A third season has been announced for October 2027.
