Eiga Meitantei Precure!: 4DX Starts October 2
From September 25, cinema visitors will also receive one of three rotating designs as a second entrance gift.

"Eiga Meitantei Precure!" premieres in 4DX on October 2, 2026; as early as September 25, the film is handing out a second entrance gift to cinemagoers in Japan. As reported by Anime!Anime!, the promotion explicitly applies to adults as well and runs for one week until October 1.
The second cinema gift is called "Hanamaru Hakken ★ Changing Card." It is issued at random in three variants tied to "Meitantei Precure!", "Kimi to Idol Precure♪" and "Wonderful Precure!". When the card is moved, the image shown on it changes. The giveaway follows the film's Japanese theatrical release on September 18.
First 4DX Screenings of the Pretty Cure Series
From October 2, the film will also be shown in selected 4DX cinemas. According to Anime!Anime!, this is the first 4DX release in the history of the Pretty Cure series. The screening technology combines moving seats with effects such as water, wind, light, scent and smoke. In Japan, the 4DX screenings have a height restriction: children under 100 centimeters are not permitted to attend the 4DX version.
The film brings together characters from several current Pretty Cure productions. Before the theatrical release, a new trailer showed the crossover with KimiPri and WanPri. Anime!Anime! now also points to the new spot "First Step," in which the participating Precure teams fight together. The source also names the insert song of the same title, "First Step."
The ongoing series also includes "Meitantei Precure!", whose online fan meeting in September ran on the official Precure YouTube channel. The newly announced cinema gifts and 4DX dates refer to the Japanese release of "Eiga Meitantei Precure!." The source does not name a corresponding date for Germany.
