The exhibition for “The Apothecary Diaries” opened at Tokyo City View on August 1, 2026. Until October 26, it pairs scenes from the anime with the nighttime panorama from the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Tower.

The centerpiece is the theme “Night Sky and Dance.” Large display surfaces show, among other things, Maomao's dance as well as other key scenes with Jinshi and Loulan. The projections are designed to interact with the view from roughly 250 meters up. In addition, a special screening summarizes the anime's story so far.

Maomao Figure Shown to the Public for the First Time

Among the central exhibits is a Maomao figure, which according to the organizer is being presented publicly for the first time. It is integrated as a photo motif in an area that picks up the apothecary setting of the series. Further stations recreate Loulan's dance and the scene staged as the “Moon Goddess” from the story.

The event is the first collaboration between the anime production and Tokyo City View. It takes place daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., with last admission at 9 p.m. A timed ticket is required for entry. Online, regular admission for adults costs ¥2,200; at the day ticket counter it is ¥2,400.

In addition to the standard admission tickets, a limited number of tickets are available that include a transparent bookmark card. The three possible designs show Maomao, Jinshi or Loulan during their respective dance scenes. A German version or a comparable exhibition in the German-speaking region has not yet been announced.

The exhibition adds a location-based experience in Tokyo to the series' ongoing international presence. The official event listing names October 26, 2026 as the final day of the exhibition.
