The Exiled Heavy Knight: Cour 2 Reveals New PV and Songs
Tokoyami Towa sings the new opening, PompadollS takes the ending; four more voice actors join the cast.
The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System begins its second cour on October 1, 2026. The official anime website has released a new key visual and the main PV; at the same time, the new theme songs and four more voice actors have been confirmed.
Tokoyami Towa Sings the New Opening
The opening of the second cour is titled "Rewrite the Answer" and will be sung by Hololive VTuber Tokoyami Towa. The song is produced by Takuya Yamanaka of THE ORAL CIGARETTES. "Contemporary Dance" by PompadollS has been announced as the ending.
Towa is once again present in the anime sphere beyond classic VTuber formats. Hololive itself is currently expanding in this area as well: with Odekake Hololive, the company has now also announced its own TV anime.
This video will only connect to YouTube once you play it.
The new PV shows material from the second cour and plays excerpts from both new theme songs. The series continues to be animated by GoHands. Crunchyroll is also streaming The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System in the German-speaking region with German subtitles.
Four More Roles for the Second Cour
With the new material, the production also confirms four additional voice actors. Kosuke Tanabe voices Kelt, Tsugumi Sakuragi takes on Maebel, Misaki Kuno can be heard as Hilde, and Kengo Kawanishi as Carlos. The characters are also featured on the new key visual.
The anime has been airing since July 2, 2026 and is planned as a continuous two-cour broadcast. The second part thus continues the story without a long break. Similar autumn announcements with new PVs and theme songs were recently also made for Super Psychic Policeman Chojo and Blue Box Season 2.
