Hirayasumi: Teaser, voice cast and ending song for 2027
Yuma Uchida voices Hiroto; five more voice actors and the production team of the manga adaptation have been confirmed.

Hirayasumi premieres in January 2027 as a TV anime on NHK General. In an official teaser, the production shows moving scenes for the first time and confirms Yuma Uchida as the voice of the main character Hiroto Ikuta. On November 2, singer TOMOO was also introduced for the ending song "風味絶佳".
TOMOO sings the ending song
TOMOO wrote the song "風味絶佳" specifically for the adaptation of the manga by Keigo Shinzo. According to the official anime website, the music comes from the Japanese singer-songwriter, who had already contributed music to Blue Box and a Crayon Shin-chan film.
In a statement about the song, TOMOO explains that while reading the manga she was especially struck by the bright night streets and the wind in the scenes. She said she let these impressions flow into the song. A release date for the single and the cover artwork have not yet been announced. The existing preview of the anime is not a music video for the new song.
Cast and characters
Yuma Uchida voices the 29-year-old Hiroto, who goes through everyday life without a fixed career plan. Mayu Takahashi takes on his cousin Natsumi Kobayashi, who moves from Yamagata to Tokyo to study art. Rikako Aikawa can be heard as Hanae Wada. The older woman lends Hiroto her small house in Asagaya.
Five more voices are set: Daisuke Namikawa as Hideki Noguchi, Yoko Hikasa as Yomogi Tachibana, Yume Miyamoto as Akari Yokoyama, and Yuichiro Umehara as Ryo Ishikawa. Yuko Naito provides the narration. The characters belong to the neighborhood setting that shapes the daily life of the two house residents.
Production and teaser
Kei Suezawa directs and is responsible for the series composition. Naoyuki Asano designs the characters, Mika Nishimura the backgrounds, and Kaori Sawada the music. The animation is produced by Production +h. The official key visual presents Hiroto and the other residents in front of his house.
