Reincarnated as a Sword II: New PV and Cast for the Seedrun Arc
The new storyline covers Episodes 6 through 12, and five more roles have officially been cast.

Reincarnated as a Sword II continues its story with the Seedrun Arc. For the second part of the ongoing anime season, the production team is releasing a new key visual, the third trailer, and five additional voice cast members. The new story begins with Episode 6 and, according to the official series website, runs through Episode 12.
Five New Voices for the Seedrun Arc
The announcement expands the cast with Satsuki Kokubu as Fult and Yurie Kozakai as Satya, the two siblings from the Kingdom of Filiaas. In addition, Hazuki Ogino takes on the role of Miriam. Sayumi Suzushiro voices Sellimea, while Katsuyuki Konishi can be heard as Valuza.
The existing lead roles remain unchanged: Ai Kakuma voices Fran, and Shinichiro Miki voices her companion, the intelligent sword Meister. The new key visual brings the characters together against a dark backdrop. The third PV previews the next stage of the journey and features the ending song “Bari Bari Buddy” by HANABIE.

The Story Leads Into a Throne Dispute
After their adventures in the labyrinth of the floating island, Fran and Meister reach the port city of Darz. There they meet two children, Fult and Satya, who have fallen into the hands of slave traders. Travelling with the two toward Barbola, they are forced by an incident at sea to make a stopover in the sea kingdom of Seedrun.
There they become entangled in a dispute over the succession to the throne. The official synopsis names a tyrannical ruler, threatened heirs to the throne, and a so-called divine sword. The new story arc follows directly on from the first five episodes of the second season.
Production and Broadcast
Reincarnated as a Sword II is produced by the studio C2C under the direction of Shinji Ishihira. Takahiro Nagano is responsible for series composition, and Atsuko Saito for character design. The season has been airing on Japanese television since October 7, 2026; ABEMA is already offering the episodes there one week earlier.
It is among the ongoing anime continuations of autumn 2026, alongside the football anime Aoashi with its second season and the new story arc of Tougen Anki. For Germany, the Seedrun Arc should for now be regarded as a Japanese announcement; the official website does not mention a separate German licensing announcement.
